Every day for 30 days, each initiate must consume at least one raw egg.
No seasoning. No cheating.
Pure sacrifice.

The Shell Test

On Day 15, initiates face the Shell Test:

1. Hold an egg in each hand.
2. Crush one with your dominant hand—gentle, controlled pressure.
3. Attempt to crush the other with your non-dominant hand—without breaking it.
4. Reflect on control, strength, and restraint.

The egg that breaks is your weakness.
The egg that holds is your resolve.
